An interpreter is a language professional whose objective is to properly communicate in a certain language the oral messages transmitted in another language.
2. What is the equipment needed to perform this work?
The equipment needed by the interpreter will vary depending on the context of the situation. If the interpretation is simultaneous and the facility is not equipped with an interpretation room, the interpreter will need audio equipment, which can be provided by Unilexis.
3. How is the cost of an interpretation service determined?
In order to perform a quotation for this service, Unilexis takes two factors into account: the context (conference, business meeting, press conference, etc.) and the amount of time during which the interpreting services will be required.
4. What does the interpreting service include?
In addition to the careful selection of the most qualified interpreters for the particular event, Unilexis will manage the audio equipment, support the work of the interpreter at all times, and supervise the technical performance of the audio equipment.
5. Who certifies the qualification of the interpreters?
The most important certifying organizations are the Superior Court of Justice of Mexico City and of each State and the Federal Judiciary Council.
